My personal experience with Muscletronic
The directions for taking Muscletronic are two capsules 30-45 minutes before you train, however, if you train late at night I would not recommend it, especially if you are going straight home to bed because they do give you a huge boost in energy, so my recommendation is, “do not” take MuscleTronic within 5 hours of your bedtime, if you do you will not sleep.
